Education has gotten so much more expensive.
Boys and Girls were strictly segregated.
Medical Insurance have proliferated along with US style expensive Doctor Bills.

Schools were fewer. Universities even fewer.

I’m going to attempt to taxonomy “Generations” in India as below.
